1. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations

We recommend booking in advance, particularly for dinner and weekends. Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or in person, and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or amend a reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Dress Code

Sage operates a smart-casual dress code. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, vest tops, or flip-flops. We reserve the right to decline entry to guests not dressed in accordance with this policy.

3. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

We are happy to do our utmost to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. Please inform your server before ordering.

Our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. While we take all reasonable precautions, our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment and cross-contamination cannot be fully excluded.

Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess this risk before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes Sage’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Sage is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on our premises. We are not liable for any injury or loss arising from a guest’s own actions or failure to follow reasonable safety guidance.

5. Pricing and Payment

All menu prices are in pound sterling and are subject to change without prior notice.

A discretionary service charge of 20% will be added to bills for parties of six or more.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and contactless payment. We are unable to accept personal cheques.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected – such as your name, telephone number, or email address for the purpose of a reservation – will be used solely to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Amendments to Terms

Sage reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
